About the Role

General Duties:
Has proven experience in Change Management and in the development of change management programs
Has proven experience in the development of training and communication plans
Has experience in the delivery of a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan
Has experience facilitating workshops
Has experience in presenting to Senior Management levels
Identifies and assesses change impacts to the organizations business processes and technology solutions
Analyses and evaluates each alternative based on business and technical impact and cost/benefit considerations, and proposes, justifies, plans and costs the implementation of the selected alternative.
Engages stakeholders in contributing to effective change
Develops and/or implements a change management process and tools
Plans, directs and controls the activities of a the change management team within scheduled time and cost parameters
Supervision:
May work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.
The Change Manager provides work leadership to business owners and reports project related changes to the Project Manager

Required Experiences in the past 10 years / Education

M1

A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public relations, Journalism or related field with a minimum of five years of related work experience

or

a two-year college diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field with seven years of related work experience

Demonstrates experience in the development of communication, change management, and implementation plans for diverse groups in leading organization-wide change from strategy to implemented changes.

10 years; minimum 5 projects

M3

Demonstrates experience in developing a training plan and delivering training to a diverse group of trainees through both in-person and virtual training.

10 years; minimum 5 projects

 M4

Professional Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent)

Demonstrates experience leading change management efforts involving adoption of new ways of working with transition in digital transformation IT projects.

6 Years; minimum 3 projects

Demonstrates experience working in a communications function for Property Assessment information systems, Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) projects specific to service delivery agencies and government, such as Service New Brunswick.

Demonstrates expertise to work with Microsoft 365 applications and experience working with digital communication and collaboration tools e.g MS Teams, Zoom, Miro etc.
