About the Role
The Project Manager will be expected to:
• Work with clients and internal teams to define and establish project scope and requirements, create solutions, and develop an executable plan, accounting for resource needs, timelines, and costs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders at various levels, including clinicians, IT teams, healthcare administrators, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications for on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery.
• Drive structure and content for Project Status meetings and Steering Committee meetings with key Client stakeholders
• Report status and progress of assigned activities to program management as required.
• Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
• Other roles, tasks and duties as assigned.
The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department’s Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment
