• Prepare communication plans

Requirements

Research Approval Program Development Lead

The team is required to have one Research Approval Program Development Lead with the following skills and experience:

• 7 years of recent experience in providing services of similar scope and complexity in the public sector demonstrating knowledge and understanding related to health research, ethics and/or privacy.

• Leading teams in consensus building with members from across public sector organizations such as ministries, agencies, authorities, crown corporations and other public entities. o Consensus building will include multiple stakeholders typically involving interactions with a cross discipline team represented by several interested parties.

• Creating, identifying and articulating strategic objectives.

• Translating objectives into business plans.

• Managing and creating working relationships within a complex policy environment (business and social policies).


Business Analyst

The team is required to have one Business Analyst with the following skills and experience:

• 5 years' recent experience working within complex projects with diverse stakeholder group ranging from subject matter experts to senior leaders across multiple organizations, (4 or more).

• leading multi-discipline or single discipline teams in a business initiative to design and align new business systems with business processes.

• Identifying and modeling business needs, and developing and presenting business cases for potential solutions.

• Engaging in professional and productive interactions with individuals in diverse roles to develop and implement automated business processes, service agreements, service management processes, training/educational materials, and application maintenance support.


Project Manager

The team is required to have one Project Manager with the following skills and experience:

• Three (3) years' experience working within complex projects with diverse stakeholder group ranging from subject matter experts to senior leaders across multiple organizations, (4 or more).

• Management and maintenance of workplans and dependencies, risk register, and project management artefacts.

• Tracking, coordination and identification of issues as they affect project charters and plans.

• Writing, analyzing and editing of project plans and reports.

• Secretariat to project committees and working groups.


Communications and Change Manager

The team is required to have one Communications and Change Manager with the following skills and experience:

• 5 years' recent experience working within the public health sector implementing a large-scale change impacting multiple organizations across different departments.

• Certification in change management, such as the Prosci Change Management Certification or the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). 10

• Development of comprehensive communication plans and materials, with clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. Ensuring transparency and cultural competency throughout the change process.

• Engagement in professional and productive interactions with individuals in diverse roles to develop an understanding of their work and concerns, and how to communicate clearly on project intentions and deliverables to manage concerns.
